Our refund policy provides a window of 14 days, granting you the opportunity to initiate a return request within 14 days after receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with labels intact and in the original packaging. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt, and promptly contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect product. This will enable us to assess and resolve the issue at hand.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are ineligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.


For expeditious attainment of the desired product, returning the item you have and subsequently making a separate purchase for the new item is the most efficient course of action.


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Kindly note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
