1. Initiate a Return

Please initiate your return through our return portal by clicking this link and following the steps outlined:

Step 1: Log In

Access the return portal using your email address and order number.

Step 2: Select Items to Return

Indicate the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.

Step 3: Choose Carrier

Select the carrier through which you'll be sending back your package.

Step 4: Return Shipment Payment

Cover the shipping costs associated with the return shipment.

Step 5: Print Return Label

Upon payment, you can download and print the return label. Affix the label to your package and have it scanned by the chosen carrier.

Returns are processed within seven business days after reaching our facility. Confirmation will be sent in the form of a credit note, and the refunded amount will be credited back via the original payment method within a few days.

2. Return Conditions

2.1 We value your purchase from! If you wish to return a product for a refund, you can only return products acquired from ZAND&ZOUT's official website. If you made a purchase elsewhere, please return the product to the original point of purchase.

Keep your shipping proof until you're certain your package has safely reached ZAND&ZOUT. This proof may be helpful in case your package doesn't arrive.

2.2 If, unfortunately, you wish to return the received item, it's not a problem. However, we've outlined guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process. For this reason, we regretfully cannot accept your return if it does not meet the conditions described in Article 2 - Return Conditions. In such cases, we will charge reshipping fees to send the item back to you.

- The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Ensure that you return the order in its original packaging.
- The item should be unused and undamaged.
- Returns beyond the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

Responsibility for Lost or Missing Packages

In the event a package is lost or goes missing during the shipping process, it is the customer's responsibility to directly contact the carrier. ZAND&ZOUT cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages once they've been handed over to the carrier.

We advise our customers to use traceable shipping methods when sending a package and to retain the shipping proof carefully. If a package is considered lost, the customer should contact the relevant carrier to initiate an investigation and submit claims for loss or damage.

While ZAND&ZOUT will collaborate with the customer and the carrier to assist in investigating such situations, we cannot guarantee a successful resolution or compensation from the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to take necessary steps to resolve the lost or missing package issue with the carrier.

We recommend customers carefully review the carrier's terms and guidelines regarding lost or missing packages. These terms may vary depending on the chosen carrier.
